How do you scrunch your hair to get a large wavy effect?

After you wash your hair, apply some mouse, then section your hair. After you section your hair, twist the sections and then pin them up with butterfly clips. Let your hair dry and then remove the clips. You want Large twists....I really like the effect it gives my hair. Or even if you just apply the mouse, scrunch your hair, and then apply some bedhead small talk and then scrunch some more. I do both :)
