I don't know how to scrunch you hair to make it wavy but I do know that if you braid you hair for a long time it'll be wavy and all you have to do then is brush it or it will be really puffy

If you have African American hair try juicin' your hair up with pink hair lotion or hair gel.

If you have caucasian hair try using hair gel also!!!!!

When wet, put hair gel or mouse in it. Bend over and blow dry upside down while scrunching. ( low heat)
