it's frizzy and on the thin side i don't know what to do with it it won't go into a pony tail or up in any way -- the only thing i can do with it is straighten it or curl it. HELP

What if you put mousse in it and let it stay down? It'll control our hair...and I think it's better than straightening / curling it everyday..

Apply mousse everyday. It will ease the frizz. And maybe try an anti flat/volumizing shampoo that might work. And straightening or curling your hair everyday is probably adding to the frizz since it is extremely damaging.
