when you get out of the shower, spray on some leave in conditioner and comb with a wide tooth plastic comb, then pull some curl activator or gel thorugh it and flip your head upside down. I use a towel to scrunch the moisture out of my hair as curls stick to my hands and it pulls the curls out. You can also use a diffuser when you blowdry, but I scrunch it with the towel first.
