How do i make tousled wavy hair with foam rollers?

I made a quick purchase at walmart and bought these Goody foam rollers.

I've only used hot rollers before and though the results are nice, they just fall flat after a short while. So i'm going to give these little cheap rollers a chance, and it says i can sleep in them which i plan to do.

I just want to know what to do to get nice wavy hair w/ these things... as long as it doesn't involve hairspray, i don't like hairspray.

Thanks to any suggestions.

first, take a shower, and towel-dry it. let it air-dry for about 20 minutes, until it is just slightly damp. then make a mixture of 2 cups water, 1/8 cup salt, and a few squeezes of conditioner. mix it so it is all dissolved, and put it in a spray bottle, and spray it all over your hair, tousling it as you go. then loosely and randomly put your hair in the foam curlers and you can either sleep on it overnight if you have time, or run a blowdryer over it on low. take them out, and go over any limp areas with a curling irom LOOSELY. tousle your hair with your hands to mess it up a little, and spritz on a little hair spray to hold it, and youre good to go!!

You may get more of a curly type hairstyle than wavy when you wake up to take them out. I suggest that you use either mousse, hold gel, holding spray, conditioning spray, or even plain water to loosen up the curl for a wavier appearance, but in order to keep it from going flat later in the day you may need a holding product of some sort.
