I want to try shrunching my hair and its thick and frizzy and wavy. What should I use and how exactl

I just answered another question the same as this one.:I just did this today!! Try John Frieda Sprunch Spray while your hair is wet. First, wash your hair normally then brush (or comb) it all the way through. Spray the John Frieda Sprunch Spray all over your hair and "scrunch" small areas one at a time. It comes out looking great! It will (most probably..not gaurenteed) eliminate the frizz. The scruching, even if you have a bit of frizz that day, will eliminate the look. Try it!

When I scrunch my hair, I take a shower, brush my hair, and put mousse or gel into my hair when it's still wet. Then I toss it around a bit, and kind of pick up a handful and scrunch against my head. I do it until all my hair is scrunchy.

Then I put a hairspray on it to keep it staying a bit longer.

You might wanna stay away from blowdryers if you're going to scrunch, because it makes your hair all loose and curly rather than tight ringlets.

One of the best ways is to use a spray gel at the roots, and then attach a diffuser to your blowdryer and do it that way. If you don't have that and your hair is naturally wavy, while it's still wet you can clip or pin medium sized pieces of hair at the roots, letting the rest of your hair hang down. The clipping will help the roots stay curly by not letting your hair weight it down straight, and the rest of your hair will be free to naturally dry curly.
