What do i do with wavy hair?

I have wavy hair and I hardly ever leave it loose because of the extreme wind. I'm so afraid it will get messy and knotted. I wake up very early every morning and don't think I have time to straighten it. And even when I tie it up in a ponytail it still gets messy on the top... i.e it sticks up. What do you suggest I do? To make it more bearable?

try using some moose. smoothing t into your hair will make it less messy and fizzy if this is a problem.

try not to brush your hair as much, because this will increase the frizziness.

next time you go the hairdressers ask if there is any type of moose, or wax that they can recommend for your hair!

I have long wavy/curly hair and I use extra conditioner for curly hair and I don't over rinse it out and that seems to work pretty well for me, give it a try.

well depending on how wavy it is you could straighten it. I mean I have really curly hair and it takes me an hour to straighten so it would probably take you less time than that. Plus it also depends on the straightener you have. If you're willing to damage ur hair a bit by a high strength straightener than you should probably get one that heats to a higher temp. and can straighten faster.
